Richard Eaton Singers celebrates its evolving journey as Edmonton’s premier symphonic choir with an exciting first season under the new name Chorus Inspira

Opening the season on November 1, 2025 in the Winspear Centre with Brahms, Fire-Flowers & Battle Flags, this concert will feature the world premiere of a new orchestration of Zachary Wadsworth’s Fire-Flowers, followed by Wadsworth’s Battle-Flags and Brahms’ Ein deutsches Requiem, Op 45. Chorus Inspira will be joined by the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, soloists Laura Brandt, soprano, Jonathon Adams, baritone, University of Alberta Concert Choir and Madrigal Singers. There will be a pre-concert presentation by Fabio Morabito, and an Up Close & Personal presentation by Zachary Wadsworth. Tickets on Sale Now.

Chorus Inspira will perform Handel’s Messiah as guests of the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra in the Winspear on December 12 & 13, 2025, with an Up Close & Personal educational presentation.

On Saturday March 7, 2026, Chorus Inspira will present Edmonton Sings in the Winspear with Andrew Bortz, conductor, Jeremy Spurgeon, piano & organ, and the Edmonton Youth & Children’s Choirs. Tickets on sale Now!

Moving to the All Saint’s Anglican Cathedral in May 2026 with a two performance concert of Handel’s Zadok the Priest, Bach’s Magnificat, and Vivaldi’s Gloria. There will be an Up Close & Personal for the dress rehearsal of this concert.
